Hi there and thanks for shopping with us! Beebook is a small publishing company, specialising in personlised children’s books. From the moment your child opens a book and sees their photo and name integrated in the story, a magical adventure begins. Make your child the star of the story and an avid reader for life through a Beebook!

Please note that our books so far are only available in Swedish.

Freight

A book will generally ship around 10 days after your order has been placed. For all deliveries within Europe (including Sweden), a shipping and handling fee of SEK 39 is applied. If you wish to order a book for delivery outside Europe, please contact customer service (kundservice@beebook.se)before placing your order.

Our international orders can be payed with Visa or Mastercard.

Returns

Our books should be in perfect condition when arriving to its final destination. If it doesn’t, please contact our customer service and we will help you with a replacement order.

Information för utlandssvenskar

Hej! Vad kul att du har hittat till Beebook! Vi levererar gärna våra böcker till utlandet enligt nedanstående taxa:

Inom Europa (förutom Sverige)

Utöver själva tryckningen av er bok tar även leveransen något längre tid varför det kan ta upp till 15 arbetsdagar innan ni har er bok. Priset för frakt är i europa det samma som för Sverige, 39kr per bok.

Övriga världen

Om du önskar beställa en bok till ett land utanför Europa ber vi dig först kontakta kundservice på kundservice@beebook.se innan du lägger din beställning så återkommer vi med en anpassad fraktkostnad.

Leveranstiden blir något längre än för ordrar med leveransadress i Sverige, beroende av postverket i det land boken sänds.

Returer

När det gäller returer så har du ingen ångerrätt på en personlig produkt som våra böcker, men skulle varan komma fram i skadat skick, kontakta oss så kan vi hjälpa dig med en ny bok.
